| Description | This program is created to work with individuals that are on the PSRB (Psychiatric Review Board) and being discharged from CVH (CT Valley Hospital). The program works with people that deal with mental health conditions and substance abuse. The PSRB establishes a foundation of community engagement by implementing client specific expectations to assist individuals to become acclimated to community. | |
