Description
Description   This program provides assistance with daily living skills to Martin House residents who benefit from intensive staff support. Residential Support Staff work closely with residents multiple times per day following an individual recovery plan developed by the resident's provider network and the resident. The goal of RFL residents is to increase self-sufficiency that allows them to move to a less intensive level of support within Martin House or other housing outside of Martin House. Recreation, education, financial literacy, maintaining their personal hygiene and private living area are examples of some of the supports offered in RFL. Length of stay may range from six months to four years based on resident readiness to succeed in a less intensive housing support.
