Community Living Services is a 24/7 supportive housing program for young adults between the ages of 18-25 years old. The program addresses the experiences many young adults are faced with while navigating the transition from adolescences into young adulthood. The environment provides an opportunity to integrate new and positive experiences, practice new skills and gain self-understanding. The program offers case management, medication management, counseling, vocational/educational support, nursing support and an emphasis on the acquisition of life skills. |
